Our story & why we do what we do


We have high standards!
Phill has been a chef for 30 years, holding many positions, including head chef, in a range of different establishments. Although these establishments ranged from family run cafes, to large hotels and pubs, they all have one thing in common - a need for kitchen cleanliness.

With his deep understanding of the hospitality industry, he has high standards when it comes to food handling regulations and fire safety. There is nothing he loves more than a clean kitchen.
He started Exhaust Hood Rejuvenators with a combination of putting his years of cooking knowledge and his passion for cleaning into practice.
The cleaning practices undertaken are in line with food hygiene and safety, as well as the fire regulation standard AS 1851-2012.

Phill understands the ideal times for cleaning the exhaust system is outside of service time, so he will guarantee flexibility to work around your opening and service times to ensure no interference with your regular opening times.
