Maintaining the exhaust hood and duct system is not just about cleanliness, it is about efficiency, safety & compliance

A deep clean of the exhaust hood and duct system needs to be professionally done a minimum of once a year, depending on the volume and style of cooking undertaken.

Our technician will discuss with you the frequency in which your exhaust system should be professionally cleaned.

A post-cleaning report is provided to, including photographic documentation. This report will need to be kept on file and referred to in the event your health inspector or insurance company requests it. 

The due date of your next clean will be provided on the report.
